Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and BitKnit Limited regarding your use of the Sticker Maker - Sticker Studio mobile application and related services (the "App"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. Your content

You are solely responsible for the photos, videos, GIFs, text and other material you import into the App and for the stickers you create. You represent that you have the rights to use that material and that your stickers do not infringe anyone else's rights or violate any law.

You agree not to use the App to create or share content that:

• infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually exploitative;
• impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation;
• contains malware or attempts to disrupt the App or its users.

4. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, branding and built-in assets, is owned by BitKnit Limited and protected by applicable laws. Except for the licence above, no rights are granted to you.

5. Third-party services

The App lets you share stickers to WhatsApp and other applications and may include third-party advertising and analytics services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or version of a third-party app.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitKnit Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to do so by law or by the app store.

9. Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the App and may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where BitKnit Limited operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
